What is benched service? Think of it as physical service. If we’re working directly with your hardware, that is benched service.

Just bring the device to us, we’ll do the rest.

This option is by far our most economical given we offer rollover service! Rollover means if you pay for an hour and only use half, we’ll roll that remainder over into your account for you to take advantage of at a later date.

We recognize that sometimes it’s just not possible to move a device from its current environment. When things have to stay put, the dragon takes flight.

This service is offered when a PC can’t be brought to us and remote support isn’t a viable option. A DSTS Technician will deploy to your home and provide specialized and tailored care for a single PC. 

• You will receive one-on-one time with a representative of Dragon Sight Technical Services in the comfort of your home.
• Once the repair is complete, we will test your system to ensure the problem has been resolved.
• House Calls are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Emergency service is available for an additional fee.

With PC Refreshment we will restore your machine to its factory state and get your experience back to what it was in the old days.

• Personal data pulled from machine and placed onto a USB Thumb Drive so it can be reloaded after the refresh is complete.
• Complete re-installation of the current operating system.
• Complete re-installation of the current computer software. (Be sure to provide us with any required product keys for your software.)

• Testing of operating system and software to ensure functionality.

All you have to do is download the program, open it up, and then read us the secure session code displayed on your screen. Once we have the secure code, we can access your device and do our work without you having to disconnect it from anything.
